Beach Contracting provides the South Florida community with concrete restoration, painting, and waterproofing services performed to the highest standards.  Beach Contracting was founded by Justin Zisquit, who has over a decade of experience in the restoration industry.  As a state licensed general contractor, Justin formed Beach Contracting so that he could directly serve the many buildings in South Florida looking for an honest, hands-on restoration contractor with the ability to provide the highest-quality work.

Safety is a top priority for Beach Contracting.  We have an impeccable safety record, which is achieved using an extensive safety program that is constantly evaluated and maintained.  We understand that there are specific safety concerns with respect to the particular services we provide, so our safety model is built on the principles and practices of the concrete restoration and waterproofing industry.  Our personnel are certified to build and operate high rise swing stages, scaffolding, and other specialized equipment and we always adhere to strict OSHA safety standards on all job sites.
